- Account management — creating and maintaining your account, authentication, and password security.
- Payment processing — billing for subscriptions via Razorpay (India — UPI, PhonePe, credit/debit cards) and Stripe (International).
- Product improvement — internal analytics, research, testing, and AI model improvement (aggregate, de-identified).
- Personalization — remembering your preferences, language, and caption style settings.
- Marketing & communications — sending product updates, promotions, and newsletters (you may opt out at any time).
- Security & fraud prevention — detecting suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and abuse.
- Legal compliance — meeting obligations under applicable Indian and international law.
- Customer support — responding to your queries, reports, and bug submissions.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or meet legal obligations.
- Account data — retained for the duration of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
- Uploaded videos — stored for the duration of your subscription. On plan expiry or account deletion, videos are deleted within 60 days.
- Payment records — retained for 7 years (India: as required under GST and IT Act; International: as required by applicable law).
- Support communications — retained for 3 years from last interaction.
- Usage/analytics logs — retained in anonymized form for up to 2 years.
Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- Data encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
- Access controls: role-based access, principle of least privilege, and multi-factor authentication for internal systems.
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Vendor security reviews for all third-party sub-processors.
- Incident response procedures with notification timelines as required by applicable law.
No method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
Children's Privacy
KlipRok is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 18 in India for certain categories of data processing). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If you are under 13 (or under 18 in India), please do not use our Services or submit personal data to us. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us personal data, please contact us at nextprime.collab@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
International Data Transfers
KlipRok is a global platform. Your data may be processed and stored in servers located in India, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate.

- Right to Correction & Erasure — You may request correction of inaccurate data or erasure of data no longer needed for the stated purpose.
- Right to Grievance Redressal — You may raise a grievance with our India Grievance Officer (details below). We will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
- Right to Nominate — You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
- Right to Withdraw Consent — Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing.
- Right to Complain to DPBI — If your grievance is unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
